Therapeutic immune modulation
AdIT Therapeutics
Founded by Prof. Hassan Jumaa, AdIT translates a new understanding of antibodies, immune complexes, and B cell biology into defined therapeutic programmes.

A more precise reading of immune control
The immune system is not a simple switch between activation and tolerance. It reads antigen structure, antibody class, molecular valency, receptor engagement, and cellular state.
AdIT is built around the therapeutic potential of that control logic. Rather than relying only on broad immune suppression or generalized immune stimulation, we focus on defined immune interactions that may allow more selective intervention in diseases driven by immune dysfunction.
Approach
Exploiting immune context therapeutically
Antibody context
Antibodies can do more than bind targets. Their immune context can shape how antigen is perceived and handled.
Immune-complex geometry
Molecular arrangement, valency, and presentation can influence downstream immune interpretation.
B cell state
B cell biology provides a route to intervene in immune memory, activation, and tolerance with greater specificity.
